In college, I embraced front-end development, mastering HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. E-commerce sites became my playground, where I added life with JavaScript. Each line of code fueled my creativity. Crafting immersive experiences, I found fulfillment in bringing my visions to life on the web.

From my 3rd semester to my 2021 placement, I delved into competitive coding, mastering data structures and algorithms. Python became my ally; I created intricate patterns, enhancing my coding comprehension. Each challenge fueled my growth, preparing me for the competitive world of programming.

Placed in Capgemini as a Software Analyst, I underwent industrial training in Full Stack .NET with C#. Leading a group project with five members, I honed teamwork skills. Transitioning to an internal project, I delved into basic data engineering, learning PowerBI and SQL, enriching my skill set and expanding my expertise for future endeavors.

The next project with McDonald's, I spearheaded Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) projects globally, refining my expertise in DevOps, cloud services, incident, problem, and change management. With 2.5 years in DevOps and AWS support, I've mastered CI-CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Docker, and troubleshooting AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda. Proficient in Incident, Problem, Change management, I've efficiently handled challenges while adhering to SLAs. Skilled in Ticketing and Monitoring tools, I ensure seamless operations. As a Platform Support Analyst (PSA), I foster strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service. Adept at multitasking and managing complex situations, I ensure stability through patching and deployment activities. With a self-motivated demeanor and a collaborative mindset, I'm dedicated to achieving excellence, continuously enhancing my skills, and positively contributing to the team and organization.
